Our vacation villa is located at ‘Sunrise Lakes’, a charming new community of homes to the south west of Orlando in Central Florida.
As a vacation home ‘Waterside’ is perfectly situated since Disney World is just a 15 minute drive away as are some fabulous Golf Courses. The community is well positioned on the US 27, just north of Highway 192. It is close to all the attractions, restaurants and shops, while, at the same time affording a pleasant, less hectic location.

Set in Lake County, 'Sunrise Lakes' is close to the City of 'Clermont' known as the 'gem of the hills'. There is a Community Pool and Cabana with a playground for the children.
Wal-Mart have recently opened a huge new store only 2 minutes drive away from the house and for those 'odd' bits and pieces there is a Walgreens Drug Store (which also sells some food items) just around the corner.
Highway 192 is just 2 miles south of the Villa giving easy access to many restaurants, from fast food to more expensive establishments.
There really is every amenity available on your doorstep, making 'Waterside' the perfect place to stay.
