As you walk into the villa there is a formal Lounge with lovely sofas where you can sit and read or just enjoy relaxing. The Formal Dining room is great for those extra special occasions.
The large Family Room offers a more informal atmosphere while still being beautifully decorated. It has a 51" Cable TV, a DVD Player, a VCR and a stereo system for you to enjoy and overlooks the pool behind. The Nook off the kitchen provides a wonderful area to breakfast whilst looking out over the swimming pool and the lake beyond. There is also free Internet connection for guests who want to take their own Laptop.
The fabulous master suite has a king size bed, an en-suite with separate tub and shower and a huge walk in closet. There are 5 further large bedrooms all with easy access to a bathroom and each having a TV and DVD player
The kitchen is superb, with everything you need to make your holiday perfect. The laundry room is also equipped with everything you would expect.
On top of everything else a Games Room is provided for your entertainment. Enjoy a game of Pool, Air Hockey or Table Football before going outside to have a swim or to unwind in the fabulous spa.

Having visited many Villas in the past we know only too well what it's like to have a DVD player but nothing to watch, or to not have enough towels for everyone. That is why we have made sure that the house has plenty of 'extras'. You will find CDs to listen to, Playstation Games to play, DVDs to enjoy, books to read and even board games.
There are plenty of towels and, of course, high quality bed linen. Crockery, cutlery and glasses are all abundant and there is even a good range of plastic ware for dining al fresco.
We are building up a good selection of leaflets giving information about local attractions and restaurants so that visitors to 'Waterside' can learn more about the area. There are even menus for nearby takeaways, and because all local calls are free it easy to ring up and order a delivery.
‘Waterside’ really is a luxurious ‘home from home’.
It is ideal for families who want to be independent but who also want to stay in sumptuous surroundings.
We have tried to make it a perfect vacation retreat and hope that you will enjoy your stay there as much as we do every time we go!
The vacation villa is fully licensed. It is non-smoking – however, ashtrays are provided on the patio for your use.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Sorry!
